Jesus’ prophecies about his second coming/return in the canonized gospels of the Holy Bible came true on December 21, 2020 AD/CE in the appearance of The Christmas Star (i.e., “sign of the Son of Man in heaven”) which came “with great power and glory” on the solstice in the Jupiter-Saturn Great Conjunction.
And yes, this is all in accordance with the Holy Bible (…even from in the Beginning, for it is written in Genesis 1:14 that God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years…”)
Not only is there strong significance in the symbolism of death/rebirth of light in this occurring on the solstice in itself, the Christmas Star on December 21, 2020 was the same sign as occurred in 6 BC/BCE, which was the likeliest reference point in history for the original Star of Bethlehem/Christmas Star written about in the gospel of Matthew. Further, the Christmas Star fulfills the criteria for Jesus’ prophecy about his return as canonized in the Holy Bible.
The Truth of Jesus Christ and his return to planet earth remained a mystery for nearly 2000 years even though the Truth was in front of us in the Holy Bible the entire time: Jesus’ prophesied return would be in the skies above earth “as lightning” and everyone on earth would be able to see it with their eyes. And, it came to fruition on December 21, 2020 in The Christmas Star of the Jupiter-Saturn Great Conjunction on the solstice. To follow are all of the key verses from the Holy Bible that validate Jesus’ return in The Christmas Star, along with word definitions (excerpts are from M-W.com) and explanations for everyone of secular and nonsecular belief systems (i.e., no Bible reading required; please see purple sections below):
Genesis 1:14 – “And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years”
“And God said,”
- God = Highest authority; Almighty; of whom people who follow the tenets in The Bible believe is the Creator, Almighty, Holy, Good, Love, and of whom sent Jesus Christ to the world for the purpose/destination of joy (aka, New Heaven merged with the New Earth)
“Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night…”
- The “lights” are the Sun, and its light reflected on the Moon and planets, and all of the stars
- Vault = an arched structure usually forming a ceiling or roof; something (such as the sky) resembling a vault; an arched or dome-shaped anatomical structure; a space covered by an arched structure
- Sky = the upper atmosphere or expanse of space that constitutes an apparent great vault or arch over the earth
- Therefore, “Vault of the sky” = the skies and “heavens” above planet earth
- Separate -= to set or keep part; to make a distinction between; to disperse in space and time; to divide in constituent parts
- Day = the time of light between one night and the next; the period of rotation of a planet (such as earth) or a moon on its axis; mean solar day of 24 hours beginning at midnight by mean time; specified time or period
- Night = the time from dusk to dawn when no sunlight is visible; an evening or night taken as an occasion or point of time; the quality or state of being dark
“…and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years …”
- Serve = to be a servant; to be of use; to be favorable, opportune, or convenient; to be worthy of reliance or trust; to hold an office, duty, or function; to give service and respect; to comply with commands or duties
- Signs = motions or gestures by which a thought is expressed or a command or wish made; displays, posted directions; something material or external that stands for or signifies something spiritual; something indicating the presence or existence of something else; representing or indicating; marking or affirming; ratifying, attesting; communicating
- Sacred = dedicated or set apart for the service or worship of a deity; devoted exclusively to one service or use; worthy of religious veneration; entitled to reverence and respect; of or relating to religion; not secular or profane
- Times = the measured or measurable periods during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues; the nonspatial continuums that are measured in terms of events which succeed one another from past through present to future; points or periods when something occurs; occasions; appointed, fixed, or customary moments or hours for something to happen, begin, or end; historical periods; moments, hours, days, or years as indicated by a clock or calendar; finite as contrasted with infinite duration
- Seasons = times characterized by a particular circumstance or feature; suitable or natural times or occasions; indefinite periods of time; periods of the year characterized by or associated with a particular activity or phenomenon; four quarters in which the year is commonly divided
- Days = the times of light between one night and the next; the periods of rotation of a planet (such as earth) or a moon on its axis; mean solar days of 24 hours beginning at midnight by mean time; specified times or periods
- Years = times or eras having special significance; periods of about 365 and 1/4 solar days required for one revolution of the earth around the sun; times required for the apparent sun to return to an arbitrary fixed or moving reference in the sky; times in which a planet completes a revolution around the sun; cycles in the Gregorian calendar of 365 or 366 days divided into 12 months beginning with January and ending in December
Explained: The sun, and earth’s moon, and all of the stars and planets in the Universe, are set into places and motion (time and space) by God (Almighty Creator of the Universe; Highest Authority of the Abrahamic religions; and the One Father who is Good and Love and who sent Jesus Christ per the Holy Bible) serving as signs marking sacred times, seasons, days, and years for all of life on planet earth.
Matthew 24:26-27
“So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it…For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.”
- Lightning = the flashing of light produced by a discharge of atmospheric electricity
- Visible = capable of being seen; exposed to view
- Son of Man = Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible
Explained: Anyone who claims to be Jesus Christ or claims anyone else is Jesus Christ on earth is false (either a false messiah or false prophet), the coming of the “Son of Man” [Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible] would be in the skies above earth (“as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west“)
Matthew 24:30 – “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven…. see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory…”
- Appear = to be or come in sight; to show up; to become evident or manifest; to come into public view; to come into existence
- Sign = motion or gesture by which a thought is expressed or a command or wish made; display, posted direction; something material or external that stands for or signifies something spiritual; something indicating the presence or existence of something else; representing or indicating; marking or affirming; ratifying, attesting; communicating
- Son of Man = Jesus Christ [of the Holy Bible]
- Heaven = the expanse of space that seems to be over the earth like a dome; the dwelling place of the Deity and the blessed dead; a spiritual state or everlasting communion with God
- See = to perceive by the eye; to perceive or detect as if by sight; to be aware of; to form a mental picture of; to come to know; to have the experience of
- “On the clouds of heaven” = in the skies above planet earth
- Power = ability to act or produce an effect; of, relating to, or utilizing strength
- Glory = great beauty and splendor; state of exaltation; something marked by beauty or resplendence; something that secures praise or renown; a ring or spot of light
Explained: Jesus Christ’s prophesied return would occur in the skies above planet earth with great beauty and splendor as a spot of light (“as lightning” as per Matthew 24:27 and Luke 17:24). Matthew 24:30, Mark 13:26, Luke 21:27, and Revelation 1:7 all confirm the same “return.”
Mark 13:26 – “At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.”
- Time = the measured or measurable period during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues; the nonspatial continuum that is measured in terms of events which succeed one another from past through present to future; point or period when something occurs; occasion; appointed, fixed, or customary moment or hour for something to happen, begin, or end; historical period; moment, hour, day, or year as indicated by a clock or calendar; finite as contrasted with infinite duration
- See = to perceive by the eye; to perceive or detect as if by sight; to be aware of; to form a mental picture of; to come to know; to have the experience of
- Son of Man = Jesus Christ [of the Holy Bible]

- Power = ability to act or produce an effect; of, relating to, or utilizing strength
- Glory = great beauty and splendor; state of exaltation; something marked by beauty or resplendence; something that secures praise or renown; a ring or spot of light

Luke 17:22-24 – “People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.”
- There = in, at, or to that place or position
- Here = in, at, or to this place or position
- Son of Man = Jesus Christ [of the Holy Bible]
- Lightning = the flashing of light produced by a discharge of atmospheric electricity
Explained: Luke 17:22-24 provides a very narrow framework for Jesus’ return in that he will not be found anywhere on earth for us to point to “here” or “there,” nor would he be in physical form on earth for anyone to go “running off” to a location to find him. Jesus Christ’s prophesied return would occur in the skies above planet earth like lightning (flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other), and Matthew 24:30, Mark 13:26, Luke 21:27, and Revelation 1:7 all confirm the same “return.”
Luke 21:27 – “At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory…”

John 14:3 – “…I will come back…”
- I = Jesus Christ [of the Holy Bible]
- Will = expressing an intention or assertion about the future; expressing inevitable events
- Come back = to return to life or vitality
Explained: Jesus of the Holy Bible promised he would return. This confirms his prophesied return about himself as written in all 4 of the gospels within the canonized Holy Bible.
Revelation 1:7 – “Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him…”
- Look = to ascertain by the use of one’s eyes; to exercise the power of vision upon; to examine
- He/him = Jesus Christ [of the Holy Bible]
- “coming with the clouds” = in the skies above planet earth
- Every = being each individual or part of a group without exception; complete; entire
- Eye = a specialized light-sensitive sensory structure of animals that in nearly all vertebrates, most arthropods, and some mollusks is the image-forming organ of sight; the nearly spherical usually paired hollow organ of sight in vertebrates that is filled with a jellylike material, is lined with a photosensitive retina, and is lodged in a bony orbit in the skull; the faculty of seeing with the eyes; the faculty of intellectual or aesthetic perception or appreciation
- See = to perceive by the eye; to perceive or detect as if by sight; to be aware of; to form a mental picture of; to come to know; to have the experience of
Explained: Christ’s return as prophesied by the author of Revelation would occur in a way that every eye [even all vertebrates, most arthropods, and some mollusks] on planet earth [everywhere worldwide] could see if their eyes were looking upward in the skies above planet earth. Matthew 24:30, Mark 13:26, Luke 21:27, and Revelation 1:7 all confirm the same “return.”
The return of Jesus Christ as He prophesied about Himself in the Holy Bible in the Christmas Star on Solstice (December 21, 2020) proves Jesus as True Prophet and all the Bible says he was/is/ever will be AND this could ONLY be God’s hand because it was designed and set into motion before the Universe was Created and before the Big Bang.
What does this mean for humanity and all of life and creation on planet earth?
- Validates the authority of Jesus Christ of the Holy Bible as a true Holy Prophet of the Almighty Holy Creator God who is Love (and Messiah for those who believe)
- Confirms Jesus Christ is who he was/is/ever will be as written in the Holy Bible (ie, “Life,” Son of the Living God; alive in Spirit)
- Authenticates the validity of the Holy Bible canon/Christian Way of salvation as Truth (i.e., the Way of Love brought by Christ Jesus)
- Confirms the existence of a “Higher Power” who created the Universe (eg, God) and in co-creation with all of life, brought about the events in the sun, moon, planets, and stars, for all of humanity to know that LOVE is the highest and greatest and Holiest, most Righteous, and Almighty power in all of Creation, as written through the name, Jesus Christ in the Bible, given to us for the greatest glory and power of love to prevail throughout all of creation (destination = joy!)
Whatever you may be thinking in this moment, the Truth is: THIS IS GOOD for all of us (all nations, all peoples, all of life, all of planet earth, all of the entire universe now and forevermore. And, this means we can expect miracles ahead (whether you believe it right now or not). 🙂
